Viki, Alissa, Cintya, Rama, Rezky, dan Olla bersahabat sejak SMA, dan kini mereka bertemu dan mengadakan pesta reuni di sebuah villa bernama Jalatunda yang dijaga oleh seorang kakek bernama Sastro.
Istri kakek Sastro, nenek Murti senang melantunkan tembang Jawa berunsur magis. Saat pesta berlangsung di villa Jalatunda mereka mengadakan sessi “pengakuan dosa”, yakni saling mengungkapkan perasaan mereka selama ini.
Pengakuan dosa itu ditulis masing-masing di sms dan dikirimkan ke ponsel mereka semua. Dari sms itu mereka akhirnya mengetahui apa yang mereka rasakan selama ini.
Klimaks dari acara itu adalah Viki dan Alissa “melarikan diri” berdua ke dalam gudang dan melakukan perbuatan terlarang, hingga diketahui oleh sesosok “hantu”. Disanalah Alissa terbunuh dan Viki pingsan dihantam kayu
Teman-teman yang lain diteror oleh sosok hantu misterius lewat ponsel dengan suara tembang yang biasa dilantunkan oleh Nenek Murti.
Teror-teror itu membuat semuanya merasa frustrasi. Lalu mereka mendatangi orang pintar dan diminta untuk kembali ke villa menyelesaikan semua masalah mereka
Setahun kemudian, mereka kembali lagi ke villa Jalatunda.

A group of young adults set up tent near the abandoned summer camp where a series of gruesome murders are said to have taken place back in 1980.
The perpetrator was a grieving mother, driven insane by the drowning of her child, Jason, whom she believed was neglected by the camp counselors.

AINA (Aziz Gagap) mahasiswa yang mempunyai pekerjaan sampingan sebagai penggali kuburan. Ia tinggal bersama Boy (Reymond) dan Ceko (Rozi Mahally).
Boy yang merasa dirinya paling ganteng berpacaran dengan Princess (Nadya Almira). Saking cintanya dengan Princess, ia rela meminjam uang kesana-sini untuk membahagiaka Princess. Sedangkan Ceko memendam cinta dengan Niken (Keira Shabira)
Suatu ketika Donatus (Albert) teman mereka membuat dokumentasi tentang Aina sebagai pekerja penggali kubur.
Disaat bersamaan Boy dan Ceko menemukan sebuah buku KIAT CEPAT KAYA SECARA MISTIK. Di buku itu ditulis bila menyimpan foto jenazah orang mati akibat termakan sumpah pocong, maka rejekinya akan dimudahkan.
Kebetulan Aina mendapat job menggali kubur orang yang mati akibat sumpah pocong. Malam itu Boy, Ceko dan Donatus ikut ke pemakaman umum bersama Aina.
Dan mereka berhasil memotret jenazah memakai Hp. Sehari kemudian mereka mendapat tawaran main film sebagai figuran dan dibayar dengan honor tinggi. Inilah salah satu bukti sukses mereka
Tetapi keanehan pun terjadi setelah mereka sukses. Uang yang mereka dapatkan berubah menjadi sobekan kain kafan.
Mereka diteror dengan sosok pria yang sangat misterius. Dan yang paling menyeramkan sekaligus konyol adalah munculnya pocong dan kuntuilanak. Pocong dan kuntilanak kompak mengganggu setiap hari tapi entah kenapa setiap di ganggu malah mahluk halus itu sial.
Dan ada pula mahluk aneh seperti suster ngepot dan pocong pink.
Siapah sebenarnya sosok pria misterius itu dan mengapa banyak mahluk halus yang mengganggu mereka? Berhasilkah mereka lolos dari keanehan ini?

Reiko Asakawa is researching into a 'Cursed Video' interviewing teenagers about it.
When her niece Tomoko dies of 'sudden heart failure' with an unnaturally horrified expression on her face, Reiko investigates.
Shes finds out that some of Tomoko's friends, who had been on a holiday with Tomoko the week before, had died on exactly the same night at the exact same time in the exact same way.
Reiko goes to the cabin where the teens had stayed and finds an 'unlabled' video tape. Reiko watched the tape to discover to her horror it is in fact the 'cursed videotape'.
Ex Husband Ryuji helps Reiko solve the mystery, Reiko makes him a copy for further investigation. Things become more tense when their son Yoichi watches the tape saying Tomoko had told him too.
Their discovery takes them to a volcanic island where they discover that the video has a connection to a Physic who died 30 years ago, and her child Sadako...

While rafting in the Bluefish River area, four college kids are attacked by the mutant cannibal hillbilly Three Finger.
Only the teenager Alex succeeds in escaping running through the woods.
Meanwhile, a group of dangerous criminals are transported from the West Virginia Grafton Penitentiary in a custody bus escorted by three security guards through the backwoods.
When they park in a rest stop in a police station, Sheriff Carver is informed about the missing teenagers.
The bus driver heads to their destination with the guards and the prisoners but a tow truck driven by Three Finger hits the bus that falls off the road.
They are attacked by Three Finger and the perilous Carlo Chavez dominates the guards and the other prisoners.
When they accidentally meet Alex, the girl tells how sick and threatening Three Finger is; sooner the survivals discover that Alex is telling the truth.
